All Northwood guitars feature all solid wood
construction, Englemann spruce top, one-piece quarter-sawn mahogany neck,
hand-fit dovetail neck joint, ebony bridge and fretboard, rosewood body binding,
bone nut and saddle, and ebony bridge pins. Standard finish is high gloss
body and satin neck. All pricing includes premium hardshell case and
limited lifetime warranty.
Because all Northwood Guitars are completely hand
made by John McQuarrie himself, he is only able to produce about 50 to 60
instruments a year! Most other manufacturers produce more guitars
in a day than John makes in a full year. This attention to detail and
handcraftsmanship ensures that you are receiving a unique, heirloom quality
instrument that will last a lifetime.
